Shirodhara is a unique Ayurvedic massage process where warm soothing herbal Ayurvedic oils (depending on a person’s condition and doshas imbalance) are slowly dripped or poured on the forehead from a specific height, for a specific duration in a continuous stream letting the oil soak the scalp and hair. This process helps to exfoliate dead skin, relieve stress and anxiety, improve blood circulation, and induce sleep by making the mind and body calm and relaxed.
